“From the Scriptures to the heart.”A word that not only informs: shapes and transforms
OUR ORIGIN
A Shared Conviction
Escrituras al Corazón was born out of a conversation between Samuel and Rafael Figueroa-friends, brothers in the faith, and companions in the desire to teach the Bible faithfully.
It didn't start as a brand or a space-taking project. It began with a burden: to help others know the scriptures book by book and chapter by chapter, letting the text itself lead the way.
The name expresses that movement. We don't want the Word to stop in the mind. We pray that it will reach the heart, form convictions, and produce a life obedient to Christ.
Our Way of Serving
Teaching to train, not just to inform

Our Mission
Teach the scriptures with depth, clarity, and faithfulness so that each person can understand, share, and live them. We especially serve the disciple who wants to grow, the new believer, and the one who longs to know the Bible better.
Biblical Basis:
Ezra 7:10; Psalm 119:105; Matthew 28:19–20; Luke 24:27; Acts 20:27; 2 Timothy 2:2; 2 Timothy 3:16–17.
We believe that expository study allows the Bible to set the theme, emphasis, and pace. By making it thematic we scrutinize the Bible; by making it expository, the Bible scrutinizes us.
Biblical Basis:
Nehemiah 8:8; Luke 4:16–21; Luke 24:27; Acts 17:2–3; Acts 20:20, 27; 1 Timothy 4:13; 2 Timothy 4:1–2.
Christ is not an added detail at the end of the lesson: He is the destiny of all redemptive history. We do not force Him in every sentence; we follow the directions of the text until we faithfully come to Him.
Biblical Basis:
Genesis 3:15; Psalm 2; Luke 24:25–27, 44–47; John 5:39–40; Romans 10:4; 2 Corinthians 1:20; Colossians 1:15–20.
The teacher does not occupy the center. He is the first hearer and the first recipient of what God teaches. The Holy Spirit guides; the Bible gives direction; we serve under His authority.
Biblical Basis:
Deuteronomy 4:2; Isaiah 66:2; John 16:13–14; Acts 17:11; 1 Corinthians 2:1–5; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; James 1:22–25.
Studying is not accumulating information. It is going beyond reading to understand; it is reading to change. We seek a faith that thinks carefully, loves sincerely, and obeys faithfully.
Biblical Basis:
Psalm 1:1–3; Psalm 119:9–16; Romans 12:1–2; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Colossians 1:9–10; James 1:22–25; 1 Peter 2:1–3.
We don't want to spiritualize every detail, tear texts out of context, reduce the Bible to moralism, or manipulate emotions. Nor do we want a personality, a brand, or a teacher to replace Christ.
Biblical Basis:
Deuteronomy 12:32; Matthew 15:6–9; Mark 7:8; 1 Corinthians 2:1–5; 2 Corinthians 4:1–5; 2 Timothy 2:15; 2 Peter 3:15–16.
